Coffee Shop: The Fine Grind

The Fine GrindThe Fine Grind is an excellent hang-out spot serving Nossa Familia coffee in SE Portland. When we met Elizabeth Keiko, owner of The Fine Grind, we knew immediately it would be a great fit for Nossa Familia. She is very passionate about quality, ensuring everything served is of the highest quality (all pastries are baked daily in-house), and that all is served in a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. She showcases local artists and provides free Wi-Fi at this cafe operated by a masterful, well-traveled group of baristas.

The Fine Grind is located on the SE Bike Route off Lincoln and 39th St. (2035 SE 39th Ave, Portland, OR 97214; 503.230.0302).

Four poets from around the United States are converging on PDX to read their work: Sara Mumolo from Oakland, Stephanie Berger from New York, Michael Earl Craig from Montana, and Christopher Brean Murray from Portland.

Nossa's Mitch McInnis will be MC for the evening; he's the HoboEye's literary editor.
