Testimonials:
We are not the only ones who love it there. See what some
of our past visitors had to say about the tour!
The food really was fabulous, and there was so much
of it! More on that in a minute. I loved waking up in the
morning, slipping on my flip flops, and looking out over
the farm – green rolling hills covered with coffee plants
and eucalyptus trees. Enjoying this view with a cup of Nossa
Familia coffee in hand, anticipating the breakfast spread
of fresh bread, homemade jams, fresh fruit and the world’s
finest juice.
Each day a new destination – a local town fair, the
high point looking out over the town, the top of a mountain,
to Augusto’s grandparents’ farm, to Augusto’s uncle’s house
for a traditional Brazilian meal…always beautiful, always
distinctly Brazilian. The most awesome part … was the fantastic
organization, leadership, and humor of our group leader,
Augusto and his partner, Jason and the incredible Brazilian
culture and the coffee business and of course, a wealth
of food. Last but not least, it was incredible to learn
about the whole coffee process and to understand how much
work goes into that final cup that we all love to drink.
Thanks you guys for a great experience.

I can truly say that any expectation I had was completely
blown away. The countryside was more beautiful than I had
imagined, the people more friendly and hospitable than expected…,
and oh, the food in Brazil!! I very much enjoyed observing
and learning the process of harvesting, preparing and roasting
coffee. I would strongly urge anyone who is interested in
coffee and learning about and living with another culture
or just wanting an adventure to take the trip!

If you are going to Brazil, go with Augusto. You will
see Brazil the best way possible, with a guide that loves
his country. Augusto will show you Brazil in a way you will
never see on your own. If you want to be a tourist, go with
a tour group; if you want a true Brazilian experience, go
with Nossa Familia. Did I mention you return home with a
new respect for the coffee you drink?
